Our member companies are committed to demonstrating to media specifiers that print has an effective ROI and a powerful place in the marketing media mix. We have brought together compelling research that exhibits the power of print and it is our responsibility to “tell that story.”
Formed as a business development alliance by leaders across the graphic arts industry, The Print Council seeks to influence and promote the greater use of print media through education, awareness, market development, advocacy, and research.
The Print Council’s first project was the development of a brochure, Why Print? The Top Ten Ways Print Helps You Prosper, which demonstrates in full-color the extraordinary effectiveness of print. The brochure files and information about The Print Council are located on our website at www.theprintcouncil.org.
However, our efforts do not end with a website or a brochure. We are also developing additional tools from “Why Print,” promotional postcards, white papers, and case studies.
How you can help
Founding members represent a range of industry interests from commercial printers to industry suppliers and software and services providers.
Our mission is to generate valuable market data, research, and communication tools, but this can only be implemented with the help of the industry.
For that reason, The Print Council seeks the financial support of printers, suppliers and related companies who believe that it is vital to have the message of print’s value told aggressively in the media marketplace.
